We are currently seeking a e-Commerce Innovation IT Manager to join our Digital Marketing Services Delivery Team in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing client’s e-commerce strategy and implementation, providing thought leadership and process improvement for clients e-commerce and omni-channel strategy and implementation.

Specific accountabilities include:
• Developing big, disruptive ideas deeply rooted in customer insights, through strategic and creative thinking
• Providing price estimates and delivery dates for the support and development of projects
• Providing analysis and recommendations for technology risks and potential issues
• Conducting periodic reviews with partners on SLA’s, performance metrics, escalations, change requests and improvement plans
• Participating in the high level technical solution and design during the implementation phase with the goal of providing reliable, stable and operationally sound applications that meet business requirements
• Managing a team of 3-4 people

Specific Skills

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and omni-channel commerce
• Experience with digital marketing or web analytics
• Ability to confidently express a point of view
• Five plus years’ experience in e-commerce and omni-channel commerce
• Experience with Magento, and Hybris preferred
• Experience with digital marketing or web analytics
• Experience with search engines and search technologies
• Experience in Agile development methodology preferred
• Awareness/experience in DevOps a plus
• Ability to articulate business value of e-commerce investments/projects and collaborate with partners and cross functional groups during implementations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations through both formal and informal communication channels
• Strong project management abilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, and relationship management abilities to get things done across a large, complex organization
• Ability to manage priorities and cross-functional teams
