We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to join our dynamic and evolving Talent Acquisition team.

The Senior HR Technology Analyst manages the Talent Acquisition (TA) technology portfolio, including developing talent acquisition strategies to enhance the candidate experience, system administration and maintenance of existing applications. This role will be on the lookout and advocate for what's next in HR-related technology that will help us shape our future and deliver winning results.

Specifically, we’re looking for:

* Expertise on TA technology platforms including the applicant tracking, electronic onboarding and candidate relationship management/recruitment marketing systems.
* Ability to plan, select, implement and support new TA applications and integrations to meet the changing needs of the organization.
* Boldness in recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements.
* Needs analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, and testing for small to medium sized enhancements.
* An excellent communicator who shares progress, issues, and solutions with management and business stakeholders and obtains their input.

The person who fills this role will:
* Manage regularly scheduled application upgrade releases with core technology vendors.
* Plan, manage and execute intermediate HR application configuration changes (e.g., workflow, rules, etc.) and maintain documentation for business process maps, workbooks, and procedures as needed to address business needs.
* Facilitate and fulfill requests for data and approve or rectify user access to data.
* Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality.
* Maintain internal SharePoint website for Talent Acquisition department.
* Coordinate the administration of our Careers website with other departments by ensuring the website information is current, site navigation functions smoothly, and all integrations are working as expected.
* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Specific Skills

Specific requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience, training and education.
* 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Information Technology function.
* HR Software experience including application support, systems administration, and security administration.
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Candidate Relationship, and Recruitment Marketing systems.
* Possess a solid understanding of the function for which the supported software is designed. HR Certification or degree preferred.
* Experience managing multiple technology and HR related projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with data privacy concepts as related to employee and candidate data.
* Proficiency using Microsoft applications including Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
* Basic to intermediate understanding of various coding languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc.).
* Strong organization and planning skills and process discipline.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
