We are currently seeking a highly qualified PLM Consultant to join our Information Services (IS) department in Richmond, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and technical support of systems that support the Research & Development and Engineering business areas. The candidate should have strong experience designing and delivering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in a Consumer Packaged Goods Company, preferably one that is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Designing and implementing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions following the System Development Lifecycle and industry best practices.

• Working closely with key stakeholders to design and configure Dassault Systemes PLM Solutions to meet business process and application requirements.

• Responsible for the training, design, implementation and support of the PLM applications ENOVIA, ENGINUITY and 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

• Working effectively within project teams and client organizations to understand business needs and define technical solutions

• Working with process owners to implement changes and document improvements

• Communicating complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise manner

• Working effectively with key stakeholders to define and implement interfaces with enterprise solutions (i.e., SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, etc.)

• Performing root cause analysis and making recommendations for the remediation of system issues

• Managing multiple priorities in a changing environment

• Managing and collaborating with support and development vendors

Specific Skills

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline

• 5+ years of experience in configuration and customization of ENOVIA, ENGINUITY and 3DEXPERIENCE platform PLM package by Dassault Systemes

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks

• Experience in Administration, Configuration and Implementation of Dassault Systemes ENOVIA, ENGINUITY and 3DEXPERIENCE platform

• 5+ years of system development experience: including development and implementation of custom systems, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods Company

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal interaction skills

• Self-directed, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
