Altria Client Services’ role is to provide high quality services to the Altria family of companies. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Leadership Development Specialist to join our Human Resources department in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment brand (Can’t Beat the Experience) for the Altria family of companies. Specific accountabilities include: * Developing and executing recruitment brand materials and promotional items
* Providing day-to-day project direction to advertising agencies and cross-functional partners
* Analyzing business results, program results and competitive recruitment trends and making recommendations for future plans
* Managing vendor performance including budgets, promotional items and research
* Leading cross-functional teams to collect information and respond to surveys that leverage and support our employment branding efforts
* Developing systems and processes that measure our performance against our employment recruitment brand commitments
Specific Skills Qualifications include: * A Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or Marketing preferred), with 5 years of relevant experience preferred, to include previous experience in Human Resources or Employer Branding
* Strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous experience with project and vendor management
* Ability to network and build strong relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Demonstrated leadership and initiative
* High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products
