Altria Client Services’ role is to provide high quality services to the Altria family of companies. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Manager of Compliance Program Tools to join our Compliance and Integrity department in Richmond, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation of compliance program processes and tools used by Altria Group and its companies with an emphasis on identifying and implementing process enhancements as part of continuous improvement efforts. Specific accountabilities include:

* Leading cross-functional efforts to integrate companies into Altria's policy system and addressing policy system implications of corporate restructurings

* Leading the development of Altria's annual Compliance & Integrity Plan which outlines initiatives to mitigate compliance risks and address strategic objectives of the Compliance & Integrity department

* Managing the regular collection, review and maintenance of compliance program documentation for Altria Group and its companies

* Managing Altria's conflict of interest disclosure process. Reviewing potential conflicts of interest disclosures submitted by employees and developing recommendations for eliminating or mitigating possible conflicts.

* Supporting the delivery of compliance-related services to assigned companies or business groups

* Supporting the execution of departmental initiatives as required

Specific Skills Qualifications include:

* A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment. At least 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role is preferred.

* Well developed project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with stringent deadlines

* Strong communication skills, including: formal presentations (development and delivery), face-to-face discussions, and written communications

* Knowledge of the compliance field and compliance programs

* The ability to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities
