Altria Client Services’ role is to provide high quality services to the Altria family of companies. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Digital Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communications department in Richmond, Virginia.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the Corporate Affairs' Communications team by supporting the company's corporate websites.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key internal partners such as Communications, Media Affairs, Investor Relations, Information Services and Legal Departments.
• Working cross-functionally to update and maintain our corporate websites (altria.com, pmusa.com, ussmokeless.com, johnmiddletonco.com and pmcapitalcorp.com).
• Managing special web-specific projects, such as homepage refreshes, information architecture changes and other technical improvements.
• Coordinating all methods for measuring, evaluating and assessing corporate websites in a comprehensive way, including but not limited to, implementing tracking surveys, performing web analytics and conducting best practices research.
• Managing multiple external resources, including financial and technical web vendors.
Specific Skills Qualifications include:

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders and across departments and levels.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn software applications and technologies quickly.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities; proven ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or 3-5 years of equivalent service experience) plus a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in the communications field. Strong technical acumen required.
